Fairytale figures between Lahn and the Palace – Grimm information with QR codes
Two hundred years of Tales of Children and the Home by the Brothers Grimm that belongs to the UNESCO World Document Heritage. Since April 2012, the Grimm path entices with fairytale figures in breezy heights on houses, steps and walls and rising up 109 metres high. These characters from well-known fairy tales are supplemented with facts worth knowing about the brothers Grimm in Marburg, the light art project "Sterntaler" by Doris Conrad as well as "The blue light" in the Marburg castle fountain.
There is a free updated town map with the Grimm path stations available at the Marburg Stadt und Land Tourismus GmbH, Biegenstraße 15.
There are QR codes at the stations with which hikers of the Grimm path can access information or links about the world-famous brothers and Marburg students with the suitable Smartphone or iPhone.
